Return Policy

To guarantee a fast and smooth RMA process, please be sure to note the following:



General information for all return types:

  • All Return Authorizations must be sent to support@thepickletini.com
  • Once the RMA has been approved, a RMA number will be sent to requester 
  • RMA paperwork must be included in shipment of all returned items 
  • All RMA’s will be processed, refunded and credited on Fridays each week 


Damaged/ Defective / Wrong Shipment items:

  • Customers have 10 days to inspect and call out any issues with defective, damaged or obviously ill-fitting goods 
  • Photos that clearly show any defects must be submitted along with your RA request
  • Once your RMA has been approved you will receive a RMA sheet & postage to ship the defective merchandise back 
  • A full refund will be issued the following Friday after the goods are received 


Courtesy Swaps:

  • If the RMA is approved for a courtesy swap it is the stores responsibility to cover shipping cost to return the goods
  • Once the goods have been received a credit will post to the requesters account the following Friday. (Credit may not be applied towards future orders)
